Flexor ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to handling your information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information when you use the Flexor mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
We may collect information you provide when creating an account, using app features, or contacting support, including:

- Email address
- Username
- Profile details and preferences
- Messages or feedback you send us
2.2 Fitness, Activity, and Preference Data
If you use Flexor workout features, we may process information such as:
- Workout routines selected or completed
- Fitness goals, focus areas, and caution areas
- Progress data and feature engagement
This information is used to provide recommendations, personalization, and core app functionality.
2.3 Device, Technical, and Usage Information
We automatically collect technical data needed to operate and secure the Service, including:
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- IP address, approximate region, and device identifiers
- App usage events, interactions, and session data
- Error logs, crash reports, and performance diagnostics
2.4 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from third parties, such as sign-in providers, analytics providers, app store operators, payment processors, and marketing partners, subject to their terms and policies.
2.5 Payment Information
Purchases may be processed by third-party payment processors (including Apple App Store and Google Play). We do not receive or store full card numbers.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar tools to run core features, measure usage, improve performance, and support marketing. You can manage browser cookies or device-level permissions through your settings.
Some browsers provide a "Do Not Track" setting. At this time, our Service does not respond to all browser-based Do Not Track signals.

- Payment processors and app-store platforms for billing and subscription management

We do not sell your personal data for money.
In some jurisdictions, sharing limited device or cookie data for ad measurement or personalization may be considered "sharing" under local privacy law. Where required, we provide opt-out rights.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. When no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or anonymize information.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. If state law treats certain ad-tech disclosures as "sharing," you may submit an opt-out request.

11. EEA, UK, and Switzerland Privacy Rights
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability, plus the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Our legal bases for processing may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where applicable.
12. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or a higher minimum age where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age threshold.
If you believe a child has provided personal information without proper consent, contact us so we can review and delete the information where appropriate.
13. Health Data and HIPAA Notice
Flexor is a fitness and wellness service and is not a covered entity under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, information you provide in Flexor is not treated as Protected Health Information under HIPAA.
Do not submit highly sensitive medical records or emergency health information through support channels.
14. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links or integrations with third-party services, websites, or platforms. Their data practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
