Today for You
Open Flexor and know what to do today.
Today for You is Flexor's daily decision layer. Instead of a wall of routines, it answers one question each morning—what is the most useful, appropriate session for me right now?—using the goals, focus areas, experience and recent sessions you already have in the app.
One clear pick
A primary session for today, with a short reason it was chosen.
A few alternatives
Category peeks—shorter, complementary, or a lighter recovery option.
Built from your inputs
Goals, focus areas, experience, time, and recent sessions.
Works offline
The daily pick is generated on your device, no connection needed.
What Today for You actually does
Today for You sits on the Flexor home screen and shows a single primary recommendation with a short, honest reason—then a couple of peeks at alternatives if you want something shorter or different. Tap the card to open the detail view, where Flexor explains why this session fits today and why the other options ranked lower.
It is a decision layer, not a static 'recommended' list. The pick refreshes when a new day starts, when you finish or abandon a routine, when you change your preferences, or when you pull to refresh—so what you see stays relevant to where you actually are.
What it uses to decide
Every recommendation is built from information you have already given Flexor, combined with what you have recently done:
- Your primary goal and focus body areas.
- Your experience level, so difficulty starts and progresses sensibly.
- The time you have today, matched to shorter or longer sessions.
- Your recent sessions, so it can balance—not just repeat—your week.
In Flexor
Mobility work that stays smooth and controlled.
Today for You, not today for everyone.
The daily pick moves with your goals, focus areas, and the sessions you recently completed.
How the daily pick is chosen
Flexor works through a set order rather than guessing. If you are mid-way through a plan, the next eligible plan day is usually the default. Otherwise it looks for the best match to your primary goal and focus areas, a complementary area to balance yesterday's work, a lighter recovery option when your recent load has been high, and a shorter session when your time is tight.
Each option carries a plain-language reason drawn from real factors—'you completed a lower-back routine yesterday, so today balances your hips'—not vague marketing. After a session you can tap a quick one-to-five 'how did it feel?' rating, and helpful matches gently shape future picks.
What it is not
Today for You reads the preferences and history you provide inside the app. It does not use a camera or sensor to scan your body, grade your form, or assess your mobility, and it does not tailor movement to a medical condition.
That keeps you in control of range and intensity. Recommendations are general fitness and wellness guidance—move within a comfortable range, and stop if a movement causes pain or concerning symptoms. You can always ignore the pick and browse the full library by body area, goal, sport, difficulty, and duration.

Direct answers about today for you.
How does Today for You decide what to recommend?
It builds a short daily snapshot from information you already provide—your primary goal, focus body areas, experience level, the time you have, and the sessions you have recently completed—then works through a set priority order to pick the most suitable session. If you are following a plan, the next eligible plan day is usually preferred. Each option comes with a plain reason drawn from real factors, so you can see exactly why it was chosen today rather than a generic label.
Does the daily recommendation need an internet connection?
No. Today for You is generated on your device, so your daily pick and its alternatives work without a connection. That keeps recommendations available whether you are at home, travelling, or somewhere with no signal. Flexor's separate AI routine features do need internet and use monthly credits, but the everyday personalised recommendation does not depend on them, so opening the app and starting a suitable session stays reliable wherever you are.
Can I change or ignore the recommendation?
Yes. The daily pick is a helpful default, never a requirement. You can open the detail view to see alternatives, pull to refresh for a fresh generation, or ignore it entirely and browse the full routine library by body area, goal, sport, difficulty, and duration. After a session, a quick one-to-five 'how did it feel?' rating lets you tell Flexor whether the match was useful, which gently shapes future recommendations without locking you into anything.
How is this different from Flexor's AI routines?
Daily recommendations quietly shape what Flexor shows you each day from your profile and recent sessions, so the home screen stays relevant without you asking. AI routines are something you actively invoke—describe what you want and Flexor creates or recommends a routine from its library. They complement each other: recommendations keep everyday browsing tailored, while AI steps in when you want a specific session built to order rather than picked from today's shortlist.
