Routine categories
Flexibility routines to reduce tightness over time.
Flexibility is the range available around a joint, and it responds to steady, comfortable practice rather than occasional forcing. Flexor flexibility routines guide you through clear stretches at a manageable pace, so you can work toward easier movement and less of that tight feeling without pushing into pain.
About Flexibility
Flexibility improves with consistency
Range tends to improve gradually when you stretch regularly within a comfortable range, letting tissues adapt over weeks rather than a single session. Chasing a deep stretch too quickly usually backfires. Flexor keeps routines guided and timed so you can practise little and often and let progress accumulate.
Comfortable range beats forcing
A stretch should feel like a manageable pull, not pain. Working near the edge of a comfortable range, breathing steadily, is enough of a stimulus for most people. If a position feels sharp or provokes symptoms, ease back—there is no benefit to forcing it.
Pair flexibility with mobility
Flexibility gives you range; mobility helps you control it. Combining calmer stretching with some controlled movement often carries over better into training and daily life. Flexor has separate Flexibility and Mobility categories so you can lean into whichever fits your goal that day.
Move comfortably
Stretch to a comfortable pull, never into pain, and progress gradually. This is general wellness movement, not medical treatment; stop if a stretch causes pain or concerning symptoms.

Common questions
How long does it take to become more flexible?
There is no fixed timeline, because it depends on where you start, which areas you work and how consistently you practise. Many people notice easier movement sooner when they stretch a little most days rather than occasionally and intensely. Increase range and frequency gradually, keep every stretch comfortable, and treat repeatable sessions as the goal rather than a quick target.
Should stretching hurt to work?
No. A useful stretch feels like a manageable pull at the edge of a comfortable range, not pain. Sharp or provoking sensations are a signal to ease back rather than push through. Breathe steadily, stay within a comfortable range, and stop if a movement causes pain or concerning symptoms. If you have an injury or condition, ask a qualified professional what is appropriate.
What is the difference between flexibility and mobility?
Flexibility is the range available around a joint, often trained with longer, calmer holds, while mobility is the range you can reach and control actively. Most people want a mix of both. Flexor keeps them as separate categories and blends controlled movement with stretching where it helps, so you can choose the emphasis that matches your goal on a given day.
