How we publish

Editorial standards built around accuracy, usefulness, and clear limits.

Flexor content should help people understand the product and make sensible general-wellness choices. It should never turn uncertainty into a medical promise, an invented endorsement, or a claim the product cannot support.

Product facts

Checked against the released app, maintained product documentation, and official store listings.

Wellness claims

Written conservatively and supported by authoritative sources.

Visible dates

Important pages state when their facts were reviewed.

Corrections

Readers can report inaccuracies directly to Flexor.

Evidence and claim standards

Product capability claims should be traceable to current app behavior, maintained project documentation, or an official app-store listing. Prices and version-specific details should be deferred to the store when they can vary.

Health and movement content should prefer primary research, public-health bodies, and recognised healthcare institutions. Sources support the general information; they do not endorse Flexor.

Product guidance grounded in everyday movement.

Medical and professional review

Flexor does not label content as clinician-reviewed unless a qualified reviewer, relevant credentials, and the review scope are explicitly identified. An internal draft, review request, or unsigned sign-off is not presented as professional approval.

Diagnosis-led pages and material about injuries or medical conditions require a higher review threshold than ordinary product or fitness content. Until that threshold is met, Flexor uses general-wellness boundaries and does not publish treatment guidance.

Happy baby stretch for general wellness

In Flexor

General wellness movement with clear safety framing.

Clear sourcing. Measured claims.

Marketing pages stay tied to product behaviour and published store facts.

AI assistance and human responsibility

Automation may help organise or draft material, but publication requires checking every product fact, source, safety statement, link, and piece of structured data. Flexor does not publish dozens of near-duplicate pages merely to target search terms.

Bridge hold in a guided routine
Complete routines instead of scattered exercises.

Corrections and updates

Material inaccuracies should be corrected promptly. Substantive changes should update the reviewed date. To report a problem, use the contact page and include the page URL, the statement in question, and any supporting source.

Common questions

Direct answers about how we publish.

Is Flexor content medically reviewed?

Not by default. Flexor does not describe general marketing or wellness content as medically or professionally reviewed unless the reviewer, relevant credentials, and scope of that review are explicitly identified. Product explanations are checked against the available app experience and official store information, while health-related wording remains general and avoids presenting the app as diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, or rehabilitation.

Does citing a health source mean it endorses Flexor?

No. A link to the NHS, WHO, a hospital, or another independent source supports only the specific general statement discussed near that citation. It does not mean the organisation has tested, approved, partnered with, or endorsed Flexor. Source labels and surrounding copy are written to keep that distinction clear and to help readers consult the original guidance directly.

How can I request a correction?

Contact Flexor and include the page URL, the exact statement you believe is inaccurate or unclear, why it may need changing, and a reliable supporting source where available. Enough detail helps the team locate and evaluate the issue efficiently. A correction request can cover product behaviour, platform availability, wellness wording, links, accessibility, or another factual problem on a public page.
