What Flexor helps you do

Flexor is for people who want direction without assembling a routine from individual exercises. Ready-made sessions cover daily stretching, mobility, workout preparation, cool-downs, recovery, and comfort-focused movement.

You can narrow the library by body area, goal, sport, difficulty, and duration. Flexor can also create or recommend a routine using the preferences you provide. The result is still general fitness and wellness guidance—not a diagnosis or treatment plan.

  • Short routines for mornings, work breaks, travel, training, and recovery.
  • Body-area options for hips, shoulders, back, legs, ankles, and full-body movement.
  • Progress, streaks, reminders, favourites, and custom routines for consistency.
  • Core exercise and routine content that can be used offline.

Follow the routine instead of managing it

Each session provides an ordered sequence, timing, and movement guidance. Audio and visual demonstrations help you keep your attention on the routine rather than a list or separate timer.

Flexor includes routines for different experience levels, but no app can assess how a movement feels in your body. Use a comfortable range, never force a stretch, and stop if a movement causes pain or concerning symptoms.

Available across your everyday devices

The iPhone and Android phone apps have the same routine catalogue, categories, plans, free features, Premium benefits, AI, library, and progress features. The current Apple listing also identifies iPad and Apple Watch compatibility; device requirements and native platform services remain specific to each platform.

Common questions

Direct answers about guided stretching app.

Is Flexor free?

Yes. Flexor is free to download and use without creating an account or providing a name, email address or personal profile. Free users can immediately use the 100-routine catalogue, browse by body area, category and difficulty, follow multi-day plans, create custom routines, save favourites, set reminders, share routines, work offline, track local progress and streaks, and use free monthly AI credits. The free catalogue includes stretching, flexibility, mobility, strengthening, comfort and general relief-focused routines. Premium is optional and adds extra value rather than replacing the free core experience.

Does Flexor work offline?

Yes. The 100 ready-made routines, exercise guidance, multi-day plans, custom routines, library, favourites, reminders, routine player, session recording, basic progress, and streaks work without a continuous internet connection. Internet is required for Flexor AI requests and when purchasing or managing a subscription through the app store.

Is Flexor only for flexible people?

No. Flexor includes beginner-friendly options and routines across different difficulty levels, durations, goals, and body focus areas. You do not need to match the range shown in a demonstration: use a smaller comfortable range, move with control, and choose an easier session when needed. Consistent, manageable movement is a more useful starting point than forcing a position.

Can Flexor treat pain or an injury?

No. Flexor provides general fitness and wellness routines, not diagnosis, medical treatment, physiotherapy, or injury rehabilitation. An app cannot determine why something hurts or assess whether a movement is suitable for a specific condition. Stop if a movement causes pain or concerning symptoms, and ask a qualified healthcare professional for individual guidance when symptoms, an injury, surgery, or a health condition affect safe participation.
